Eleven Years of Value

May 15, 2026

Rezi started 11 years ago today.

We started small. We had a goal. The goal was growth.

Every decision mattered. Every dollar counted. We built something real.

Year after year, we grew. Returns improved. Shareholders noticed.

We made hard choices. We cut what did not work. We doubled down on what did.

Profits followed discipline. Discipline followed focus. Focus followed a singular commitment to delivering returns.

By year five, our margins told a story of operational efficiency that early investors had only hoped for. By year eight, our capital allocation strategy had matured into a repeatable model that compounded value across cycles.

Now, at eleven years, the evidence is undeniable: a culture of rigorous financial stewardship, paired with decisive reinvestment into high-return opportunities, has transformed early risk into durable shareholder wealth.

Looking ahead, we remain committed to the same principle that guided our first day and every day since: that the most meaningful thing a company can do is deploy capital with discipline, expand margins with intention, and return value to the people who believed in us before the results made it easy to do so.

Eleven years down. The compounding has only just begun.
